To ensure that all customers realize the full value of GoldenGate's Transactional Data Management (TDM) solutions, training and education services are offered to key personnel involved in implementations and ongoing maintenance. Standard introductory training courses at GoldenGate and customized training (database or platform-specific) at customer sites are available as options to our customers.
Standard Training Courses:
Introductory training is held at a GoldenGate office training facility. The basic framework for this training includes courses in:
- Fundamentals of Transactional Data Management (TDM)
- Overview of Change Data Capture and Delivery
- Installation, Configuration, and Management
- GoldenGate for You -- using all of the options available to fine-tune and customize the TDM platform to meet your needs
- Overview of Data Transformation Services
- Advanced GoldenGate TDM Functionality
Customized Training:
Given the flexible capabilities of GoldenGate's TDM solutions, it is not practical to focus exclusively on any one type of database during our standard training courses. Therefore, customized training is available to cover specific implementation scenarios, such as SQL Server-to-Oracle or NonStop SQL-to-Oracle. These training courses may be offered either at GoldenGate's office or at the customer's site.
Who Needs GoldenGate Training?
GoldenGate training courses are appropriate for key individuals that participate in projects involving transactional data management across enterprise systems. All levels of personnel involved in these implementations will benefit from the training programs.
GoldenGate Certification
GoldenGate hands-on users, whether customers or partners, can get credentials and recognition for their product knowledge and real-world management expertise. Certification programs are now available.
