Leader in data synchronization relocates corporate offices to San Francisco, secures space to serve growing number of global customers.

San Francisco, Calif. - October 6, 2003 - GoldenGate (www.goldengate.com), a leader in data synchronization, today announced its move to new corporate headquarters in San Francisco. Located at 301 Howard Street, at the junction of the city's Financial District and South of Market neighborhoods, the new company headquarters will occupy the 20th and 21st floors. The relocation gives GoldenGate a 19,000 square foot facility and needed space to accommodate expanded operations. On October 7, the company will celebrate the new offices in a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. The move marks several years of sharp growth, and the recent addition of several marquee customers, including Sabre, Safeway and Federated Services Company. With the recent formation of a strategic marketing alliance with BMC Software, GoldenGate anticipates continued demand for its data synchronization solutions.
