Eclipsys Plans to Offer GoldenGate's Transactional Data Management Solutions

Las Vegas, NV - Eclipsys User Network™ Annual Conference - October 16, 2006 - GoldenGate™Software Inc., a leading provider of transactional data management solutions, and Eclipsys Corporation®, The Outcomes Company®, have announced their intent to enter into a reseller agreement that would allow Eclipsys to offer GoldenGate's solutions for high availability and real-time reporting to healthcare organizations using Eclipsys Sunrise Clinical Manager™. The intent to enter into a relationship between the two companies was announced at this week's Eclipsys User Network™ Annual Conference, where GoldenGate is a sponsor and will showcase its technology solutions in booth #12.

Eclipsys' Sunrise Clinical Manager solution runs predominantly on Microsoft's SQL Server database platform, and GoldenGate has optimized its core transactional data management (TDM) technology to manage critical patient data across this environment, limiting downtime in certain scenarios and providing reporting capabilities.
