Program Highlights

This year's Real-Time conference theme is appropriately named "Where Information Meets Innovation" -- because it not only captures the goal and spirit of our user conference, but it describes how our customers use GoldenGate technology to drive innovations for their businesses in the areas of High Availability and Real-Time Data Integration. When information is brought together, in real time, and from diverse places, great advances and ROI are realized!

During this year's event, you can look forward to our information-packed agenda including updates about new GoldenGate partnerships, product features, and practical insights and approaches behind the successful solutions deployed by other customers.

Keynotes & General Sessions
Hear from GoldenGate executives, product managers, as well as industry thought leaders -- including a keynote from Gartner VP and Distinguished Analyst, Donald Feinberg -- who will lend insights to major market trends where GoldenGate solutions add significant value.

Track Sessions
Track sessions have been selected by the Real-Time conference team to cater to our attendees' various needs. With four distinct tracks to choose from, there is something for everyone: Business, Education, Best Practices, and Technical.

Half-Day Certification Program
This exam preparation course is a pre-conference session taking place Monday, June 9th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, designed for those who already have a working knowledge of GoldenGate's core product, but would benefit from a refresher to sharpen their knowledge prior to taking the GoldenGate Certified Associate Exam. This interactive and informative course includes discussion, review of concepts, architecture, terminology, and practice with sample exam questions. It is led by certified GoldenGate instructors who will share tips and techniques for improving your exam score.

Networking
The conference provides many opportunities to network and exhange practical experiences with your fellow users, including meal times, breaks, and during the opening reception. The Real-Time Expo Hall will remain open throughout the day, so you can utilize this area as your central hub and meeting place to connect with other conference attendees. There will also be plenty of opportunities to spend time with the GoldenGate team.

Roundtable Groups
Real-Time 2008 is a great event for meeting face-to-face with customers who have similar experiences and business requirements. On Tuesday afternoon during our roundtable session, there will be ample time to spend with your fellow GoldenGate users and share experiences and challenges around key topics that are of interest to you.
